Guidelines for Presentation at the Conference

We estimate that presentations will last between 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the number of presenters, which will range from three to four per session. We strongly encourage you to prepare your presentations while adhering to the allotted time for each paper, ensuring at least 20 minutes are reserved for audience questions.

Each session will be accompanied by a member of the organizing committee or a LAILAC student to provide logistical support.

Each room where presentations will take place is equipped with projection equipment. You may bring your presentation on a portable device with USB access or send it via email to congreso.lailac.gc.cuny@gmail.com. The team in charge of your session will download and project your presentation.
